This particular bead has a very similar look to the "core formed" vessels currently being fraudulently sold on ebay. My observation is based on a very blurry image, however, and you are in a much better position than me to make a final judgement call. Nothing beats observing a bead first hand and in the case of expensive beads a second and third opinion is always recommended.
