Hi James, Carls suggestions are the best ones to start with! If possible, begin collecting from a dealer you know and trust! Even with chevrons the varieties can become endless! Color, age, grind, regrind, size, origin, layers? LEARN as much as you can before buying anything! Soon you'll be teaching!
