Despite the increasing traffic that our Forum is generating, we still have only a handful of regular contributors. The "family" atmosphere is wonderful, but there has to be a way to transform hesitant "viewers" into active participants. Maybe we could have some sort of monthly drawing for first timers who could win some donated beads, or maybe a book on bead collecting. Personally I would have no problem sending something out each month to further our cause, or perhaps help pay for a reference book. It's such a great hobby, with layers and layers of collateral benefits that can last a lifetime, and for that matter, change lives! It has certainly enriched mine in countless ways. So I think incentives to collect and share examples and stories should be an active part of our mission. We have so much fun with each other that it is easy to lose awareness of our audience at large. Let's try to bring them in as contributors, and get to know them! Any thoughts? Steve
